At Astek , we are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join a high-impact international initiative with one of our key partners in the pharmaceutical industry . You will be part of a global program with teams distributed across Europe, the US, and China , collaborating with multiple IT and business stakeholders in a highly regulated environment (Pharma R&D). Main Responsibilities Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and financial activities across multiple R&D IT systems Support the execution of system changes aligned with program objectives Act as a primary point of contact for global stakeholders (EU/US/Asia) Ensure alignment and communication across distributed teams Prepare program-level reports (status, risks, dependencies, progress) Anticipate risks, propose mitigation strategies, and drive resolution Contribute to governance activities and continuous improvement within the program Who You Are 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in international or multicultural environments Experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, Biotech, or regulated environments (highly valued) Project Management certifications (PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner ) Solid understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Delivery practices Hands-on experience with tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW) , HPSM , Jira Exposure to Release / Change Management processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills English C1/C2 (global environment) Availability to travel if required Why Join Us?
