Dental sector firm based in Málaga , currently in a phase of rapid growth and international expansion. Mission To design and execute the international commercial strategy, develop key markets, and build a high-performance global sales network (including distributors, strategic partners, and in-house teams). Key Responsibilities Market Expansion: Lead the internationalization process and the opening of new markets. Strategic Planning: Define the global commercial strategy and specific country-by-country action plans. Network Management: Create, structure, and lead the international sales network. High-Level Negotiation: Close strategic international agreements at an executive level. Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs, sales targets, and profitability metrics per market. Reporting: Direct reporting to the CEO / Steering Committee. Candidate Profile Experience: 5–10+ years in international sales management, ideally within the medical, healthcare, or high-value industrial sectors . Languages: English (C1 level or higher) is essential . Additional languages are highly valued. Skills: Executive profile with a strategic mindset, result-oriented, and proven leadership capabilities. Track Record: Demonstrable experience in building and managing international sales networks. Mobility: High availability for international travel.
