You will play a critical role in shaping the guest experience behind the scenes, where precision, reliability and attention to detail are non-negotiable.The RoleYou will take full ownership of the engineering and maintenance strategy across the property, leading a high-performing team and driving best-in-class standards across all technical services.Key responsibilities include:Leading all engineering, maintenance and facilities operations across the resortEnsuring full compliance with local regulations, health & safety, and brand standardsManaging preventative maintenance programmes to protect asset value and minimise downtimeOverseeing CAPEX projects, refurbishments and upgradesDriving energy efficiency and sustainability initiativesManaging budgets, costs and supplier relationshipsPartnering closely with senior leadership to support overall operational excellenceThe ProfileWe require a commercially minded engineering leader who understands the demands of a luxury hospitality environment.Proven experience as Director of Engineering (or similar) within luxury hotels or resortsStrong technical background across MEP systems and hotel infrastructureExperience managing large teams and complex operationsCommercially astute with strong budgeting and cost control capabilityHands-on leadership style with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levelsFluent Spanish is essentialEU work rights are highly advantageousWhy This Role?This is an opportunity to join a flagship luxury asset where standards are exceptionally high, and the impact of this role is both visible and valued.
