Distribution Customer Assistant – Michelin Michelin Valero, Castilla y León, Spain We are seeking a dedicated Distribution Customer Assistant to manage customer flow, support daily administration, and contribute to sales and service. Responsibilities Create a profitable branch by managing, distributing and administering the flow of customers. Handle daily administration connected to the service center. Ensure invoicing is completed regularly and in accordance with the current quotation structure; update ERP records in line with company procedures. Assist the Center Manager in establishing a good working environment and ensuring workshop work follows company strategy. Maintain direct commercial relationships with customers and contribute to the sale of services and/or products. Participate in implementing measures to achieve a positive work environment. Follow instructions, use protective devices, and take precautions to prevent ill health and accidents. Optimize stock/item flow with the PC to keep it to a minimum and ensure correct information is received on time.
