Key Responsibilities / Functional Skills: Conduct workshops to understand business processes and gather requirements. Set up and configure Dynamics 365 F&O SaaS to meet specific business needs. Identify differences between standard system functionality and client requirements. Develop functional design documents (FDDs) to outline system configurations and customizations. Articulate the Design to Developers by FDD and Customer Requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Dynamics 365 Finance with other systems and tools. Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure that configurations meet the requirements and are error-free. Conduct functional, data acceptance, and user acceptance testing, as well as provide user training and go-live support on system functionality and best practices. Provide ongoing support to users and resolve any issues that arise. Ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications. Create user manuals, training materials as needed and maintain documentation of system configurations and processes. Must‑Have: Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance modules – General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, and other related areas. Good hands‑on experience implementing Dynamics Finance as a Functional consultant. Good experience working on Finance modules. Proven experience implementing Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, including at least one full implementation cycle. Understanding of various business processes, particularly those related to finance and operations. Experience with intercompany activities and multiple legal entries management. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop effective solutions. Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
