And we have a TON of fun doing it.As an Ecommerce CRO Strategist (Contractor) at UN/COMMON, you will support ecommerce optimization efforts across multiple client brands. This role focuses on experimentation strategy, A/B test development, execution, and performance reporting within Shopify-based environments. You will work focus on delivering clear, data-backed insights that drive conversion improvements.This is a contractor role, up to 20 hours per week with an initial 3-month engagement with a possibility of extension.ResponsibilitiesProvide A/B test suggestions grounded in ecommerce best practices and performance dataSet up A/B tests across ecommerce experiencesMonitor and manage tests through completionReport on A/B test results with clear findings and recommendationsWork within Shopify environments to support CRO initiativesPartner with internal stakeholders to align testing efforts with broader ecommerce goalsRequirementsTo be authorized to work in the USA (no sponsorship)Experience in ShopifyTangible experience giving A/B test suggestionsExperience setting up A/B testsExperience reporting on A/B test resultsAbility to work independently in a contractor capacityStrong analytical and communication skillsBenefitsThis is a contractor role and does not include employee benefits.Compensation$40 per hourUp to 20 hours per week based upon project needContractor role - Initial 3-month engagement with a possibility of extensionNo travel requiredWhat happens after I apply?Applications will be reviewed by the hiring teamSelected candidates will be contacted for next stepsEqual Employment OpportunityUN/COMMON is an equal opportunity employer and fosters an inclusive environment.
