Your role
We are looking for an HSE Specialist who will redesign the Integrated Management System.
Main Responsibilities

Prepare two separate document management systems for HSE and QUALITY starting from the current integrated management system (HSE + QUALITY).
Develop an online platform (SharePoint) for archiving, publishing, and sharing HSE‑related documents.
Review existing documents (manuals, procedures and operative instructions).
Check consistency of documents to reflect the real practices.
Align documents where necessary with EL group standards.
Design and manage a SharePoint dedicated to HSE topics:

Create and manage sites and pages.
Organize and publish content and documentation.
Use web parts, document libraries, and permission settings.



Main Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical engineering or "Tecniche della prevenzione nell’ambiente e nei luoghi di lavoro".
Excellent written communication skills in Italian, with a strong focus on clarity, accuracy and consistency; academic experience in technical documentation or structured reports is a plus.
Interest in Management System Standards, particularly ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 are a plus).
Familiarity with environmental regulations and workplace safety standards is a plus.
Good command of Microsoft Office 365 tools.
Fluent English.
Willingness to learn and solve problems independently.
Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Team‑oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across departments.
