The Client Operations Manager is a new, cross-departmental position created to supportCoordinate property marketing, photography scheduling, seller communication, and document management — freeing our listing team to focus on viewings, valuations and negotiations. xiphteb
Strong written and verbal communication in English (our corporate language)
Experience with CRM systems and comfort with structured workflows
Legal right to work in Spain
Valid driver's license and own car
Experience in real estate operations, property management, or client success roles
Familiarity with Spanish property processes (NIE, notary, tax obligations)
Background in hospitality, private banking, or wealth management client operations
Fixed salary and health insurance
