The role focuses on maintaining strong engagement with external customers, ensuring clear and effective communication with all relevant stakeholders. It includes managing public tender processes and preparing competitive commercial proposals to strengthen company market position. Key responsibilites: Maintain strong engagement with external customers, ensuring clear and effective communication with all relevant stakeholders. Manage public tender processes end‑to‑end, including requirement analysis, documentation preparation, and coordination with internal teams. Prepare competitive commercial proposals to strengthen company position in national procurement processes. Conduct market and competitor analysis to support commercial decision‑making and identify business opportunities. Monitor and report key commercial KPIs to support continuous improvement and business performance. Coordinate closely with Operations, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure alignment in commercial activities. Support customer and internal audits related to commercial activities and service delivery. Prepare periodic commercial reports and dashboards for management review. Manage day‑to‑day commercial queries and resolve customer issues in coordination with internal stakeholders Requirements: University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Econimics&Law. Fluent English (C1-C2) & Spanish Exposure to complex, multidisciplinary projects. Approximately 2–5 years of experience in business development, project development, commercial management or bid management, is preferred. Desirable: Background in sectors such as: Aviation, Infrastructure, Energy, Oil & Gas.
