About the RoleFixed Term ContractOsaka MadridOsaka Nikkei is looking for an Events & Groups Executive to join our Madrid team. In this role, you will manage the sale and coordination of groups and events for the restaurant, ensuring flawless execution, outstanding customer satisfaction, and the development of new business opportunities — all in line with our brands service and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for clients, agencies, and external event planners, managing the full coordination of groups and corporate, social, and MICE eventsIdentify and secure new business opportunities — directly and through strategic alliances with hotels, banks, and other partners — while growing and maintaining the client portfolioPrepare budgets, commercial proposals, and tailored contracts for each event, negotiating with suppliers to secure the best terms through to closingHandle commercial visits and meetings with prospective clients, presenting the venue and gastronomic offeringCoordinate event logistics and execution with kitchen, front-of-house, and management teams (service orders, menus, setup, and specific requirements), ensuring compliance with brand and service standardsOversee events on the day, resolving incidents swiftly in coordination with suppliers and internal teamsManage administrative closeout (invoicing, satisfaction surveys) and prepare monthly results and sales forecast reportsAnalyze competitors and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, building long-term client and referral relationshipsWhat Were Looking ForTraining in Protocol and Event Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, or related fieldsKnowledge of the restaurant industry and the MICE segment, with strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills2+ years of experience in Groups & Events, MICE, or Sales within premium/luxury restaurants, hotels, or private clubsExperience working with corporate clients, agencies, DMCs, and/or event organizersGoogle Workspace proficiency; experience with SevenRooms or similar reservation platforms is a plusFluent Spanish and English (C1); a third language is a plusAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekends and event-based shiftsReady to bring your energy and expertise to Osaka Madrid?Apply today and become part of our team!
