Executive Director - Head of School LIFE International School is an English-immersion school targeting Spanish families with a Christ-centered education, in the community of Tres Cantos in Madrid, Spain. We are seeking a called and qualified Executive Director, whose love for God is evidenced in their love for serving others. The Executive Director serves as the crucial link between the Board and all school operations. He/she is charged with the responsibility of providing Christ-centered leadership in all areas - spiritual formation, academics, operations, staff development, community relations, and strategic growth, fulfilling the LIFE mission through the policies and parameters established in the LIFE Policy Governance Manual. LIFE provides a $1150 monthly housing stipend, up to $1200 toward initial airfare, and full tuition scholarships for dependent children. Candidates would have to raise additional funds to cover other expenses. LIFE also helps navigate the challenges of initial visa and residency paperwork (cost is about $400).
