Field Service Engineer – Surgical, Ventilation & Anaesthesia
Location: Catalonia, Spain (covers Aragón, Baleares, and other areas as required). Field and home‑based.
Your Responsibilities
Respond to customer calls during office hours, Monday to Friday.
Manage your designated service area, promote new contracts, and liaise with customers for renewals.
Take service role for installations within the service territory and coordinate installation of large orders if required.
Complete all planned preventive maintenance (PPM) visits on time and to the levels outlined in the service manual.
Assist sales and marketing teams with technical support and promote service opportunities.
Occasional training of electromedicine staff on designated equipment.
Track and maintain parts and loaner inventories.
Support dealers to ensure the best possible customer experience of Mindray.
Carry out other tasks or responsibilities designated by the Service Supervisor/Manager.
What We’re Looking For
Field‑based service experience within Surgical / Ventilation & Anaesthesia capital equipment.
Highly customer‑focused with a hunger to achieve more.
Technically proficient in troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating medical products.
Experience with IT connectivity and networks.
Strong listening skills to address customer requests.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships.
Proven negotiation skills with a problem‑solving attitude.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
Ability to work in Spain without company sponsorship.
Flexible to travel as required.
Drive and appetite to work with a highly ambitious and successful team.
