ACR-2604-173 FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER BARCELONA
A multinational pharmaceutical company is looking for a Commercial Finance Business Partner ready to step into a high‑visibility, high‑impact role within the top performer business unit of the company.
They are looking for a proactive, influential, commercially‑minded leader who thrives in a matrix environment, enjoys challenging the status quo, and has the confidence to partner with leaders to shape strategy—not just report on it.
Responsibilities:
Partnering with BU heads to support business strategy implementation.
Lead the dialogue on risks, opportunities, and interventions to keep the business on track.
Lead the preparation, validation and analysis of business cases to support strategic decisions.
Lead the budgeting and forecast process.
Review monthly financial closing and propose improvement actions.
Manages the upload of financial plans (annual budget, revised budgets, forecasts) within the internal ERP system (SAP‑BPC), ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Conduct ad hoc analysis to evaluate business cases, pricing, commercial agreements, and M&A opportunities.
Test and challenge business assumptions, ensuring decisions are grounded in robust commercial thinking.
Identify new revenue opportunities or risk exposures by connecting financial trends with business realities.
Act as the connecting point between the BU and Finance.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration
Experience in MedTech, Pharma and consumer goods.
Proven ability to build strong, trust‑based relationships across functions and seniority levels.
Experience partnering with commercial teams.
A strong strategic mindset: able to see the big picture while diving into detail when needed.
Good communication
Strong analytical capabilities and the confidence to test and challenge assumptions.
Working knowledge of SAP and Power BI.
Excellent written and spoken English.
