GBSB Global Business School is an international higher education institution with campuses in Spain and Malta that offers business programs in English at undergraduate (Bachelor) and graduate (Master) levels. We are continuing our search for talented part-time lecturers to teach in business-related disciplines in our Barcelona Campus. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, face-to-face instruction in assigned business courses Design, review, and update lesson plans aligned with program learning outcomes Teach in accordance with an approved curriculum and institutional standards Assess student performance using transparent and measurable evaluation criteria Maintain accurate academic records in the Learning Management System Qualifications & Experience High level of written and spoken English (all instruction is delivered 100% in English) Official Master’s Degree (required) Academic background relevant to the subject area (preferred) Previous university-level teaching experience (highly desirable) Demonstrated ability to design and manage lesson plans and deliver curriculum-based instruction with measurable learning outcomes Strong classroom and group management skills Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office applications (plus) Candidates are encouraged to clearly indicate in their CV: Specific courses previously taught Courses they are qualified and interested in teaching Relevant professional and industry expertise Only CV’s in English will be reviewed.
