Are you ready to bring adventures to life? As an Xventura Game Master, you’ll be the ultimate host, guiding teams through our exciting offline Treasure Hunt games in the heart of Barcelona. If you love adventure, are on your best while around people, and know Barcelona like the back of your hand, you might just be the person we’re looking for!
Who are we?
Xventura creates offline treasure hunts for companies, families, and friends since 2016. We’re looking for enthusiast English/Dutch, English/Spanish or English/French-speaking Game Masters to join our team in Barcelona from March 2026.
What will you be doing as a Game Master?
Host and guide groups through the game as a real Game Master
Keep teams motivated, excited, and fully immersed in the game
Move quickly around the city on a bicycle
Be flexible, think quickly and solve problems on the spot
Encourage teams to share their awesome experiences on Tripadvisor or Google
Report to the manager after the game
Most importantly: make every hunt unforgettable for your players!
Which skills do you bring?
Language skills: Fluent in English + either Spanish, Dutch or French
People skills: Outgoing, confident, and great at engaging with groups
A real story teller: You are a strong public speaker
A can-do attitude: Practical, proactive and with a positive attitude
You aren't afraid to move quickly through the city on a bicycle
Reliablilty: Punctual and trustworthy.
What are we looking for?
You live in Barcelona (permanent residence) and are preferably registered as an autónomo/freelancer
You have eperience working with groups (tour guide, events, or similar roles)
You have a love for Barcelona, escape rooms, and adventures
Flexible availability: this is a flexible side job - we are open 7 days a week!
