General Manager – Spain (Packaging Industry) Tarragona Area | International Group We are looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead our Spanish subsidiary within an international packaging group. This role has full P&L responsibility and oversees operations, sales, finance, and technical teams in a lean, flat organization. Key focus: Drive sales strategy and profitable growth Manage cost-efficient, lean operations Lead senior, cross-functional teams Develop strong customer relationships in food & HORECA packaging Act as key interface with international HQ Requirements: Solid experience in packaging (food industry preferred) as Managing Director.
