This role is ideal for candidates with interest or background in digital marketing and/or web design, who enjoy combining customer interaction with technical understanding.You will assist users across multiple channels while representing the brands voice consistently and professionally.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical issuesHandle interactions via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channelsAdapt tone and communication style for both private and public channelsManage customer escalations and follow defined escalation processesDocument all interactions accurately in internal systemsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure high service qualityCandidate RequirementsNative-level GermanEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higherMandatory: experience or solid knowledge in digital marketing and/or web designStrong communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable working in a structured, multi-channel support environmentNice to haveExperience in technical customer support (voice/email/chat)Technical troubleshooting backgroundCompensationPerformance bonus: 180 € for 12 monthsMeal allowance: 7.23 € net per working dayBenefits & RelocationHealth insurance available from day one with a monthly contribution.
