Position Overview The Global Executive Search Partner at Galderma focuses primarily in Executive Hiring End to End for non confidential roles, is responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier executive talent across international markets. This role partners closely with senior leadership and HR teams to understand strategic business needs and deliver exceptional candidates who will drive organisational success at the highest levels. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end executive search processes for C-suite and senior leadership roles on a global scale. Develop and maintain a robust network of executive-level talent in key industries and geographies. Conduct market mapping, talent intelligence research, and competitor benchmarking to identify high-potential candidates. Engage passive and active executive candidates through targeted outreach and relationship-building strategies. Partner with business leaders to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and succession needs. Screen, interview, and assess executive candidates for cultural fit, leadership capability, and technical expertise. Manage the candidate experience through all stages of the search, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism. Advise hiring managers on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and executive onboarding best practices. Promote employer brand and value proposition within the executive talent pool globally. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven track record in executive search, talent acquisition, or headhunting, with international exposure and ideally gained in life sciences or consumer goods. Strong understanding of global markets, cross-cultural dynamics, and executive leadership competencies. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience using talent mapping tools, applicant tracking systems, and global networking platforms (e.G., LinkedIn Recruiter). Experience working as a consultant for a Top Global Search Firm is an asset Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
