In this role, you will lead continuous improvement across Galderma’s External Supply Operations and drive global transformation using Lean Six Sigma and related methodologies. You’ll build capability, establish performance management, and coordinate value-improvement initiatives with external partners. The position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to optimize end-to-end supply performance. Your work will empower teams, foster data-driven decisions, and shape the future of ESO and partner networks.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Embed a continuous improvement culture across ESO operations• Lead global transformation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, Hoshin Kanri, and other methodologies• Deliver Lean Six Sigma belt training and build capability across teams• Define and implement global performance management KPIs for ESO• Drive value creation and process optimization across the ESO network• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across global teams• Support stakeholders in identifying and implementing targeted improvement opportunities• Lead workshops, training sessions, and coaching programs to build internal capabilities• Promote data-driven decision-making and track benefits through KPI movement and financial impact• Foster an active learning environment and continuous development cultureResponsabilidades• 10+ years of experience applying improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Shingo, etc.)• Lean Six Sigma xcskxlj Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred• Hands-on production experience in a leadership role• Experience in pharmaceutical or external supply environments is a strong advantage• Proficient in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and digital productivity tools (e.g., Power BI, Mural)• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus• Willingness to travel (approx. 20-30%)• University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or related fieldRequisitos principales•
