Overview Global Mobility Expert (m/f/d) – Join us in shaping the future of global employee assignments. As a Global Mobility Expert, you will independently manage global employee assignments and advise our managers and employees worldwide. The position is technically demanding, independent, and strongly service- and process-oriented—ideal for individuals who want to grow in international human resources. Your tasks Advising and supporting managers and employees worldwide: You are the first point of contact for all questions relating to international assignments, compensation, benefits, and immigration—and you find the right solution for every situation. Actively shaping international employee assignments: You will independently manage exciting short- and long-term assignments as well as our workation program – from the initial idea to the successful return. Setting standards and further developing our processes: You will create and optimize contract and assignment documents, bring transparency to complex issues, and ensure smooth processes. Close collaboration with international teams and experts: You will be the interface between People+, Payroll, Tax, and external partners – working together to ensure an excellent employee experience. Driving innovation and AI: You will contribute your ideas to global projects, actively shape policy reviews, process optimizations, and the digitalization of mobility processes – always with an eye for smart, sustainable solutions. Your profile You have a degree in business administration, human resources management, or a comparable qualification. You have several years of experience in Global Mobility and enjoy organizing international employee assignments in a professional and personable manner. You are confident in dealing with labor law and international HR issues and enjoy working with colleagues from different countries and disciplines. You are proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP HR or comparable HCM systems is a plus. You are interested in digital tools and are open to new technologies in the HR environment. You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner – and find pragmatic solutions even for complex issues. You communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally in English; other languages are a bonus.
