You will be responsible for building and executing a global conversion optimization program to improve the visibility of two Quadient digital properties. You will work closely with regional marketing teams to tailor optimizations to local markets and improve CRO across our web properties, ensuring the right tools and reporting are in place to understand visitor needs and behaviors.The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who collaborates effectively with peers within the marketing organization and builds strong relationships with leadership across marketing functions. You should be capable of balancing strategic thinking, precise execution, and deep analysis, bringing innovative ideas to enhance user experiences.You should have proven experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SERP tools, and testing platforms like Optimizely. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and derive insights to guide strategy is essential.
