Experteer Overview You will lead global reliability engineering for automotive electronics, shaping product robustness from design to field performance. In this role you guide data-driven decisions, engage with senior customers and suppliers, and mentor a high-performing team. You’ll own life data analysis, testing correlation, and risk assessment to ensure safe, reliable products. - Lead and govern global reliability engineering activities from RFQ and design phase through field performance
- Assess mission profiles, define assumptions, and reliability targets to support business and customer decisions
- Oversee life data analysis, accelerated testing correlation, and product risk assessment based on field and warranty data
- Support virtual validation reliability analysis to assess correlation with physical testing
- Be the technical authority for complex, safety-relevant or high-impact failure analysis cases
- Lead root cause investigations, failure hypothesis definition, and controlled failure signature reproduction activities
- Represent Lear in senior level technical discussions with customers and suppliers during escalations
- Develop, mentor, and lead the Reliability & Failure Analysis team, including succession planning and skills developmentResponsabilidades
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Electronics, Materials Science, Physics, or related field
- Extensive experience in automotive electronics reliability and failure analysis
- Strong expertise in reliability modeling, life data analysis (Weibull), and testing correlation
- Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams and technical experts
- Solid knowledge of automotive standards and strong stakeholder communication skillsRequisitos principales
