You combine deep analytical expertise with strong leadership, enabling you to guide teams through uncertainty and deliver robust, reliable products. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and govern global reliability engineering activities from RFQ and design phase through field performance. /li liAssess mission profiles, define assumptions, and reliability/confidence level targets to support business and customer decisions. /li liOversee life data analysis, accelerated testing correlation, and product risk assessment based on field and warranty data. /li liSupport virtual validation reliability analysis to assess the correlation with physical testing. /li liBe the technical authority for complex, safety relevant, or high impact failure analysis cases. /li liLead root cause investigations, failure hypothesis definition, and controlled failure signature reproduction activities. /li liRepresent Lear in senior level technical discussions with customers and suppliers during escalations. /li liDevelop, mentor, and lead the Reliability Failure Analysis team, including succession planning and skills development. /li liPromote a culture of data driven, risk‑based decision making across the organization. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liElectronic Components /li /ul h3Experience Requirements /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Electronics, Materials Science, Physics, or equivalent /li liExtensive experience in automotive electronics reliability and failure analysis /li liStrong expertise in reliability modeling, life data analysis (e.g., Weibull), and testing correlation /li liProven leadership experience managing engineering teams and technical experts /li liSolid knowledge of automotive standards and strong stakeholder communication skills /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3 pLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit‑based employment practices and equal opportunity. /p pWe provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.
