Claire Joster is hiring a TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE for a leading company in the industrial sector (machinery). Position mission Develop sales and manage commercial projects by providing technical guidance and support related to industrial machinery solutions. Main Responsibilities Prospecting and developing international markets. Conducting client visits and providing technical-commercial support. Preparing technical and commercial offers. Managing the full sales cycle (lead → closing → installation). Participating in sector events and trade fairs (food, pharma, packaging). Managing and updating the CRM. Coordinating with the engineering team to configure tailor-made solutions. Gathering technical requirements from clients and communicating them clearly to the technical office. Following up on assigned projects with a focus on quality, deadlines and customer satisfaction. Maintaining continuous interaction with the engineering and technical service teams. Requirements Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering or similar. 2–5 years of experience in a technical-commercial role within an industrial environment. Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills. Customer-oriented mindset and consultative selling approach. Autonomy, proactivity and ability to quickly understand complex products. Professional level of English and/or French (mandatory). Offer Permanent contract with the final client.
