What will you do? Contribute to the design, development, and validation of GNSS and SBAS-related systems and algorithms. Apply mathematical modelling, estimation techniques, and numerical methods to satellite navigation problems. Develop and maintain software implementing GNSS/SBAS algorithms using C, C++, or FORTRAN. Perform functional and stochastic modelling within the GNSS domain. Work in Linux-based development environments. Prepare and maintain formal technical documentation in English. Apply software engineering methods, including version control and configuration management using GIT. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in space and satellite navigation projects. What are we looking for? ✅ Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent. ✅ Background in space and/or satellite navigation. ✅ Solid knowledge of GNSS and/or SBAS systems. ✅ Strong mathematical background, including functional and stochastic modelling and estimation techniques applied to GNSS. ✅ Knowledge of numerical methods and algorithms and experience implementing them in software. ✅ Advanced programming skills in C and C++ (2–3 years of experience). ✅ Advanced knowledge of Python. ✅ Advanced experience with MATLAB. ✅ Experience writing formal technical documentation. ✅ Familiarity with Linux environments. ✅ Knowledge of software engineering methods and techniques. ✅ Experience with software configuration management using GIT. ✅ High level of English. ✅ Availability to work in a hybrid model in Madrid.
