Job Description
Reporting directly to Group AI Team Leader, the Group AI Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining AI agents using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and other platforms such as OpenAI API. The role involves collaborating with other developers, the Group IT team and business stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable AI solutions that meet business needs.
Your Mission
Develop, test, and deploy AI agents and solutions
Collaborate with the Group AI Team Leader and business units to understand requirements
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
Participate in code reviews and solution design
Stay up to date with the latest AI technologies and best practices
Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards
What we are looking for
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in AI development or software engineering
Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and OpenAI API
Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking and writing); French is a strong asset
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Self‑starter with excellent organisation and communication skills
Proficiency in AI agent development and cloud platforms
Experience with REST APIs, data integration, and automation
Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
