The team is based across different locations, including Madrid, Malmö, Portugal and Geneva, and focuses on delivering high-quality international recruitment for critical roles across the organisation. As Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take ownership of complex and high-impact recruitment processes across areas such as HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Technology, Procurement, and other strategic business functions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including Directors, Managers, HR Leaders and Functional Leaders, providing market insight, hiring advice and structured recruitment strategies to support business priorities. This role requires someone who is comfortable operating with autonomy, managing senior-level conversations, challenging when needed, and bringing structure and quality to recruitment processes in a fast-moving international environment. Beyond recruitment delivery, you will also contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives, support continuous improvement, and play an active role in mentoring and onboarding more junior team members and interns. Key responsibilitiesLead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior, complex and high-impact roles across Group Functions, including HR, Finance, Strategy, Technology, Procurement, Legal, and other strategic business areas. Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner to senior stakeholders, building strong relationships with Directors, HR Leaders, Functional Leaders and other key decision-makers. Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, challenge role requirements when needed, align on recruitment strategy and ensure a high-quality selection process. Provide meaningful market insights, talent mapping and candidate intelligence to support hiring decisions and help stakeholders understand talent availability, market dynamics and positioning. Manage multiple recruitment processes in a structured and effective way, ensuring strong candidate experience, clear communication and timely delivery. Drive proactive sourcing strategies for senior and specialist profiles, identifying and engaging high-potential talent across different markets and functions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes, tools, reporting, assessment quality and ways of working. Support international and cross-functional HR projects related to Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, graduate programmes or other talent initiatives. Mentor and onboard junior recruiters and interns, helping them develop strong recruitment foundations, stakeholder management skills and high-quality execution standards. Potentially coordinate or lead specific early careers, graduate or junior talent initiatives, depending on business priorities and team needs. Represent Verisure externally in a professional and engaging way, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects the company’s ambition, values and high standards. Candidate profileExperience and QualificationsWe are looking for a senior, high-potential and hands-on Talent Acquisition professional who brings strong ownership, maturity and business judgement. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing senior stakeholders, leading complex recruitment processes and contributing beyond day-to-day hiring delivery. Demonstrated Talent Acquisition expertise and maturity, ideally within an international, fast-paced and complex organisation, with the confidence and credibility to engage senior stakeholders.Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate, business or Group Function roles. Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders, including Directors, HR Leaders, Functional Leaders and senior hiring managers. Experience advising stakeholders on hiring strategy, market dynamics, role definition, candidate assessment and process quality. Strong sourcing capability and ability to identify, approach and engage high-calibre talent. Experience mentoring, onboarding or supporting the development of interns or junior recruiters.Experience participating in or coordinating talent projects, graduate programmes, early careers initiatives or broader Talent Acquisition improvement initiatives would be a plus.
