About the roleYou'll sit at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, owning the most advanced deals and implementations end-to-end, from pre-sales architecture to onboarding, PoCs, and rollout. Unblock Complex Deals Before They Are Lost: You'll lead the technical side of our most advanced GTM opportunities, scoping architectures, validating feasibility, and helping Sales pitch solutions that can actually be delivered. Turn PoCs and Onboarding Into Fast Time-to-Value: Once a deal is moving forward, you become the technical owner and make sure things go smooth and fast until activation. Build for scale: You won't just solve one customer at a time. You help Genesy scale technical GTM without scaling chaos. About you Hands-on Workflow & API Expertise Strong experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar) Comfortable working directly with APIs, webhooks, data schemas Able to debug, prototype, and ship real, production-ready workflows Clear Communicator & Cross-Functional Partner Comfortable working directly with customers, including technical stakeholders Able to explain complexity simply and set clear expectations Natural collaborator with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering Strong GTM & Customer Context Solid understanding of B2B SaaS GTM motions and CRM / sales stack dynamics Able to translate business goals into technical solutions (and the other way around) Fluent English and Spanish speaker Eager to work side by side with the team 4 to 5 days per week at our fantastic office in Barcelona.
