About Us Experimental was founded in 2007 by Olivier Bon, Pierre-Charles Cros and Romée de Goriainoff. About Menorca Experimental Reborn from the remains of a 19th century estate, Menorca Experimental is an agrotourism hotel with two restaurants based on locally sourced Mediterranean cuisine: the main farm (breakfast and dinner) and the terrace overlooking the pool (lunch). About The Job We are currently looking for a Head Chef to join our property for the 2026 season. You will work closely with our Executive Chef in Spain and bring your experience to support and execute his guidelines. Responsibilities Operational Management: supervise the kitchen team, ensure smooth operation of kitchen sections, oversee hygiene and safety rules, participate in managing orders and purchases, ensure food cost control and optimize resources, manage inventory and stock levels, and contribute to menu changes with new dish ideas. Human Resources Management: lead kitchen teams, participate in recruitment, training and promotion, encourage individual initiative, and work on stabilizing and retaining teams. Legal & Safety: supervise kitchen cleanliness, address health risks and regulatory breaches, and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements. About You Strong leadership, organizational and management skills with good team spirit. Attention to detail and customer needs. Consistency and reliability in tasks. Problem-solving skills.
