We are looking for a Head of Growth to join a fast-growing international startup. This role is for product-led tech company and lead the global growth strategy across the full user lifecycle. Responsibilities Define and execute the end-to-end growth strategy (acquisition, activation, retention, expansion). Scale user and revenue growth through performance marketing, SEO, PLG and experimentation. Lead A/B testing, CRO initiatives and data-driven growth experiments. Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with Product, Sales and Customer Success to align growth and GTM strategy. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing or GTM roles. Strong experience in SaaS and product-led growth environments. Proven ability optimizing funnels, activation and conversion. Knowledge of SEO, Paid Media, CRO, automation and testing. Highly analytical, data-driven and experiment-oriented mindset. (Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot). Hands-on profile, comfortable in fast-paced and scaling environments. Benefits Salary Range: up to 75 k. Hybrid model.
