Location:Fully remote in Europe, with visits to the team in Geneva about every six weeksType:Full-time, permanentAbout REVIVRREVIVR is a Swiss beverage startup specialised in ready-to-drink electrolytes, developed in Switzerland with a mission to deliver better daily hydration to Europe. Launched in early 2026, REVIVR is now drunk somewhere every four minutes. Distributed mainly in Switzerland, the brand is growing fast in Europe and the Middle East, collaborating with brands like On and Whoop and expanding its range with new flavours. While the brand is scaling through retail partnerships, international distribution and a growing team, we're looking for someone to scale our D2C business as if it were their own company. The roleThis is an executive role with full leadership over our D2C business. You will own the P&L end to end, from revenue and acquisition costs to margin and retention, and you will decide where the budget goes and how we grow the channel market by market. As the leader of this channel at REVIVR, you will set the plan, the budgets and the targets to grow it profitably and successfully, starting with a competitive budget from day one.You will work closely with the Founder in the first weeks to get up to speed, and from there we expect you to make decisions on your own and be accountable for the results. It's a strategic role but also a hands-on one, as you set the direction and you are the one running the campaigns, the tests and the numbers every day. What you will ownP&L and performanceOwn the D2C P&L end to end, with full accountability for revenue, CAC, contribution margin and LTV.Set target CAC by product and market, grounded in real unit economics, and hold the business and our partners to them.Own the growth budget and its allocation by channel and market.Own attribution and measurement, so we know what really drives sales, online and in store.Paid acquisitionLead paid media across Meta and new platforms, with Western Europe as our core market.Run creative testing: briefs, hooks, angles and a steady rhythm of new creatives every week.Lead our UGC strategy and manage creators and production agencies based on what the ads need. Challenge partners when their recommendations don't hold up.Channels and expansionBuild and run the D2C expansion strategy market by market.Launch and grow new channels and marketplaces, including TikTok Shop and Amazon.Build growth beyond the ad account: organic, creator seeding and partnerships, so REVIVR never depends on a single platform.Work closely with our international distributors to align online marketing with their in-market efforts.Conversion and retentionOwn everything that turns traffic into revenue: website and product pages, subscription offer, email and SMS flows, SEO.Constantly test and improve the website and customer journey to increase conversion rate and average order value.Design and run the gift-with-purchase strategy for the website and the subscription. What you bringProven experience growing ecommerce sales within a D2C brand, ideally in food, beverage, consumer health or another repeat-purchase category.Hands-on experience running Meta ads with meaningful budgets, and a track record of lowering acquisition cost.Strong commercial understanding: you know how CAC, contribution margin and LTV drive profitability, and you are ready to take responsibility for a D2C P&L.A solid understanding of attribution, conversion tracking and ecommerce analytics.Strong creative judgement and the ability to do it yourself: copy, briefs, basic content.Comfortable with Shopify, Klaviyo, Recharge and analytics tools, and confident using AI to move faster. The initiative to spot opportunities, make decisions and follow them through without needing a daily task list.An interest in sport, fitness or hydration, and curiosity about our products and customers.Direct communication: you bring the Founder problems and solutions in plain, numbers-led terms.Fluent English. French and/or German would be useful but are not essential. Why this roleVery few roles let you own the growth of a brand this early, with this much freedom and this much at stake. You will create the full playbook for a channel that could be key to REVIVR's growth. You'll have a direct line to the founders, full ownership of your targets and budget, and a brand that people already want in a category that is changing fast. If you have ever wanted to build a company without starting one from zero, this is it.The interview process includes a first conversation with the Founder, followed by a second stage with both co-founders to discuss a short case study.#J-18808-Ljbffr
