The Outlet Business Manager is a high-impact role responsible for balancing strategy, execution, and leadership. Key Responsibilities and Functions Strategic Channel Leadership: establish it as a profitable and brand-aligned business unit. Performance and Profitability: Deliver revenue, margin, and operational targets across the entire outlet store network. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Stakeholder Relations: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with mall management and landlords to maximize store performance and resolve operational issues. Operational Excellence and Brand Integrity: Guide store and area managers in achieving operational excellence and ensuring consistent brand representation across all locations. Market Intelligence and Growth: Utilize market intelligence and data to refine existing strategies and develop new ones to support sustainable growth. Market Adaptation: Proactively monitor trends in the outlet retail landscape and adapt the channel strategy to stay ahead of the market and competitive environment. Required Skills and Qualifications (Inferred) Proven experience in retail management, preferably within an outlet or off-price channel. Strong background in P&L management, demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed revenue and margin targets. Excellent strategic thinking with a track record of successful business transformation and driving growth. Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills for engaging with mall management and landlords. Proficiency in using market data and business intelligence to make informed decisions and refine strategies.
