We are looking for a senior HR leader who can think strategically, act hands-on, and support a fast-moving, international manufacturing organization. This role owns the full HR lifecycle and acts as a trusted partner to leadership during growth and change. Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals and company valuesAct in a very hands-on capacity, personally involved in day-to-day HR operations where neededDirectly manage and support recruitment activities, including senior and critical hiresHandle labor law–related matters, ensuring compliance across multiple geographies and advising management on employee relations topicsIdentify HR trends, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities, and proactively propose practical solutionsDrive leadership development, succession planning, and training programsAct as a key advisor to senior management on HR matters and organizational changeOversee HR data management, analytics, and reporting to support business decisions 10+ years of global HR experience, including 3+ years at Director or VP level~ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field (Master's is a plus)~ Strong HR expertise across talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employment law~ Experience in startup or scale-up environments, with proven success in transformation and change management~ Proven experience leading global, multicultural HR teams~ Fluent English (written and spoken) A senior leadership role with real impact on the organizationThe opportunity to shape HR strategyFull-time permanent role.
