FUNCTIONS
Hotel General Manager for a luxury resort based in Costa del Sol

Budget management and analysis
Management and direction of hotel staff
Ensuring full compliance with hotel operational controls, policies, procedures, and service standards
Responsible for the preparation, presentation, and subsequent implementation of the hotel's Operating Budget, Marketing and Sales Plan, and Capital Budget
Development of strategic objectives (medium and long term)
Implementation of improvement initiatives

Position requirements

Professional with at least 10 years of experience in Hotel Management.
Experience in luxury hotels.
Experience in the English-speaking Caribbean.
Professionals from leading hotel chains in their sector are highly valued.
Fluent in English and preferably Spanish.
