About The Job
Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, as the Housekeeping Attendant you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, ensuring they meet the hotel’s luxury standards.
Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring they meet the hotel’s luxury standards.
Make beds, replace linens, and replenish amenities following the relevant guidelines.
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all areas of the guest rooms.
Report any maintenance issues to the Floor Supervisor for immediate action.
Respect guest privacy, following the "Do Not Disturb" policy and handling guest belongings with care.
Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols, ensuring a clean and secure work environment.
Use cleaning supplies responsibly, adhering to sustainability and cost‑control measures.
Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Executive Housekeeper.
Contribute to the hotel’s sustainability initiatives by ensuring the proper separation and handling of waste, and by supporting the established environmental policies.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the same role is preferred.
Willingness and flexibility to work in shifts (day, afternoon, and night).
Basic communication skills in Spanish and English.
Professional appearance, adhering to hotel grooming standards.
