Altorecruit is a boutique Executive Search & Recruitment consultancy specialised in industrial and technical roles across Europe and international markets. We work with mid-sized and multinational companies, providing a consultative and business-driven recruitment approach. We are expanding our delivery capacity and are looking for a Freelance Recruiter / Talent Partner based in the Canary Islands to collaborate on international search projects. Your role As a Freelance Recruiter, you will work on end-to-end recruitment delivery or research-focused assignments, depending on the project. You will collaborate closely with the Director and commercial team, focusing on high-quality candidate identification and assessment. Key responsibilities Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, databases and direct search Screening and in-depth interviews Shortlisting and candidate presentation Candidate follow-up throughout the process Market mapping and talent research Close collaboration with Altorecruit's commercial direction What we are looking for Experience as a Recruiter or Researcher (agency or in-house) Comfortable working with international and technical profiles Strong communication skills Structured, reliable and delivery-oriented mindset Ability to work autonomously as a freelancer Languages: English required Spanish Other languages a plus Collaboration model Freelance collaboration Payment based on successful placements Clear and transparent commission structure Access to Altorecruit projects and tools Long-term collaboration mindset Possibility to evolve into a more integrated or permanent role as the company grows
