RequirementsAs anHR Generalistwith a strong focus onTalent Acquisition, your main responsibilities will include: Recruitment & Selection:Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for bothjunior and senior aviation profiles(engineers, mechanics, support roles, etc.). Conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers. Building and maintaining relationships withaviation training centers (Formación 147), technical schools, and universitiesto attract top talent. Participating injob fairs, recruitment events, and open days. Coordinating onboarding processes andtracking new hires’ integration. Ensuring a positive candidate experience from first contact to final hiring. General HR Functions:Personnel administration: contracts, onboarding/offboarding documentation, employee letters, etc. Managing absences, medical leave, and paid time off. Supporting payroll (handled by the accounting department). Handling annual leave requests and balances. Assisting in disciplinary and grievance procedures. Staying updated on labor legislation and collective agreements. Supporting the development of HR policies and procedures. Preparing weekly/monthly reports and maintaining open communication at all levels. Keeping HR databases up to date and accurate. Supporting new HR projects and initiatives.
