To achieve this, one thing is sure: we need an outstanding Human Resources team, and we need a great freelance to support it temporarily! If you join us, you'll be working with Agathe (Head of People in Barcelona). Missions Organizing the admin part of onboarding and offboarding of new employees Managing all the payroll process and luncheon vouchers Dealing with the day-to-day admin life of our employees (absences / probation periods / promotions / questions from employees and managers) Profile You have the legal entity needed to do freelance work You are able to work in our office of Barcelona 5 days per week You can work everyday, for a minimum of 15 hours per week up to 25 hours per week You speak Spanish perfectly and are comfortable with English or French You have at least one freelance experience in Administrative support, Law or Human Resources You are passionate about administrative HR tasks You're organized, rigorous and detail-oriented You listen to feedback and are constantly looking for ways to do things better Process 1st interview: a discovery call with Lucia, our HR Admin Specialist - 15 min 2nd interview: an interview with Agathe, our Head of People - 45 min 3rd interview: a final conversation with Victoria, our VP People - 30 min Additional details Seniority level: Not Applicable Employment type: Full-time Job function: Human Resources Industries: Software Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
