Country: SPAIN Work Location: MADRID Reports To: Finance Manager and Finance Director Department/Team: Finance Purpose of role: providing the accounting support to the Finance Manager for MG Spain & Portugal Responsibilities AP and AR Accounting Account Reconciliations G/L entries, accruals and provisions Payments Preparation Customer AR Follow up and Debt Claim Bank postings and reconciliations Tax Fillings – VAT – Intrastat – Withholding Taxes Internal and External Audit Support Other related accounting tasks *Only CV in English will be evaluated. Qualifications Full time in a similar position at least 2 years. Familiar with the Spanish and Portuguese accounting . Willing to travel to Lisboa for business trips; one week per month will be highly valued. Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Fluent in English and Portuguese skills (oral and written). Able to work under pressure and on different tasks in parallel.
