Experteer Overview In this role you will design, build, and support enterprise integration connecting distributed applications with core banking services on IBM z/OS. You will leverage middleware and IBM MQ, CICS, DB2, and API-enabled services to deliver secure, scalable integrations. Working within a global engineering team, you will advance API-driven strategies, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive improvements across integration platforms. This is a hands-on role with emphasis on resilience, security, and collaboration to support critical banking services.Compensaciones / BeneficiosDesign, build, and support enterprise integration solutions across IBM z/OS environmentsConfigure, maintain, and optimize integration middleware for business-critical servicesDeliver secure, scalable, and resilient integrations meeting functional and non-functional requirementsCollaborate with application teams, architects, and infrastructure teams to define integration designsImplement and support API-based integrations between distributed systems and mainframe applicationsInvestigate and resolve complex production incidents and integration issuesAnalyze application flows and troubleshoot end-to-end integration challengesProduce technical documentation, solution designs, and operational support proceduresSupport modernization initiatives and continuous improvement of integration platforms and standardsResponsabilidadesStrong experience developing or supporting applications on IBM z/OSGood understanding of CICS, DB2 and COBOLHands‑on experience with IBM MQ messagingKnowledge of REST APIs and API integration frameworks such as z/OS Connect EEUnderstanding of synchronous and asynchronous integration patternsExperience implementing secure and resilient integrations between distributed and mainframe applicationsExperience with source management and service management tools such as Endevor, Jira, and ServiceNow (SNOW)Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilities
