Our French based client is now searching for an IC Test Leader to lead the digital & mixed-signal test department. The role will involve leading a small team of engineers to help to develop industrial test solutions for complex digital and mixed-signal ICs across sectors like automotive, consumer, and defence, using V93K ATE systems in Toulouse.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess customer RFQs and define technical solutionsSpecify test hardware (loadboards, probe cards)Develop and qualify test programs for characterization and productionManage projects in close collaboration with customersBuild team expertise on V93K (SMT7/SMT8) platformsSupport production when neededContribute to ATE strategy and roadmapLead, mentor, and grow the teamRequirements7+ years’ experience with ATE test development (preferably complex digital SoCs)Strong knowledge of V93K platforms (SMT7/SMT8)Good communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently with clear reportingCustomer-focused and adaptableGood English (written and spoken)Please contact Rachel Anderson for further details.#J-18808-Ljbffr
