Job Description Lead, design, development, programming and maintenance of industrial automated and robotic projects. Propose new projects. Provide technical assistance to factory maintenance teams of existing and future automated systems installations. Configure hardware equipment and maintain industrial networks. Advanced programming of Siemens PLCs (TIA Portal). Develop and configure Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs). Manage industrial network. Configure hardware equipment. Program industrial robots. Adjust process parameters. Commission and start‑up automated processes. Implement artificial vision solutions. Project management. Manage suppliers and customers. Continuous improvement. Qualifications Education Engineering degree in Industrial Automation or a related field. Additional Training Development of electrical schematics, PLCs and HMIs, industrial robotics. Experience 7+ years of experience in similar positions. Valuable Experience Screwing processes. Knowledge of industrial safety regulations. Project management. Technical documentation. Technical Skills Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings. Knowledge of databases and MES systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proficiency with TIA Portal. Core Competencies Professional with autonomy and initiative. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Effective problem‑solving in dynamic environments.
