Our E-Systems plant specializes in advanced automotive electronics and drives innovation across production.
Responsibilities:

Plan and manage product industrialization, ensuring process quality, efficiency, and capacity.
Lead the set up of new production lines and introduce new technologies.
Support the industrialization of new projects, ensuring a smooth launch and achievement of project milestones.
Drive innovation by developing and implementing advanced manufacturing processes in line with Industry 4.0 strategies.
Prepare technical and cost improvement studies, ensuring compliance with customer, quality, and company standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing, including SMT, automation, and testing processes.
Proven track record in leading cross‑functional teams and driving complex manufacturing projects.
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
Demonstrated passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and the implementation of new manufacturing technologies.
