Key Responsibilities
Monitor data center systems and alerts (servers, network, power, cooling)
Performbasic troubleshootingof server, network, and hardware issues
Handlerack & stack, cabling, labeling, and asset management
Assist withserver installation, replacement, and decommissioning
Monitorpower, UPS, generators, and cooling systems
Respond to incidents and followSOPs and escalation procedures
Create and updatetickets and documentation
Support backup checks and basic restore tasks
Ensure compliance withdata center safety and security policiesIts a backfill role that means engineer needs to go 2 days to the site that is Tuesday, Thursday.
