Overview At Odisei Music, we're building the future of wind instruments. But we can’t do it while drowning in repetitive work, manual processes, and tool confusion. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for someone to own our internal tools and workflows , automate everything that slows us down, and help the whole team move faster with fewer headaches. This is a cross‑functional role where you’ll work directly with the CTO, marketing, support, and ops teams. From improving our stock workflows in Monday.com to supporting our support team with smarter automations in Klaviyo, you’ll be the go‑to builder for internal efficiency . We’re not looking for someone to just fix problems. We want someone who spots opportunities, prototypes fast, and uses automation and AI to boost team impact . Tasks Internal Tools & Workflows Manage and optimize our Monday.com setup (CRM, operations, stock & inventory, logistics) Own and improve automation flows using n8n and other low‑code tools Keep our internal systems clean, consistent, and aligned with how we work Help team members configure their own workflows and become more autonomous
