What You'll Do Drive Sales Performance Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and digital channels. Understand their educational and professional goals and recommend the most suitable programs. Guide candidates through the entire enrollment process and successfully close sales. Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs. Manage and Convert Leads Follow up on inbound leads and identify new sales opportunities. Maintain a healthy pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with prospects. Apply consultative sales techniques to maximize conversion rates. Deliver an Outstanding Student Experience Provide professional, personalized, and timely support throughout the decision-making process. Build trust and long-term relationships with prospective students. Collaborate with the Team Contribute to a high-performance sales culture. Share best practices and support teammates in achieving collective objectives. Actively contribute to both individual and team success. CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Ensure data quality and proper pipeline management. What We're Looking For Essential Requirements 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, enrollment advising, or a similar commercial role. Exceptional spoken and written English (C2 level or equivalent). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM platforms. Self-motivated, resilient, and highly results-oriented. The Ideal Candidate Enjoys healthy competition and is motivated by performance.
