You will be the single point of ownership for our corporate cybersecurity landscape (Antivirus/EDR, VPN, Access Control) while ensuring our physical IT operations (Networks, Hardware, Lab Setups) run flawlessly. /ppIn this role, you are expected to: /ppbr/pullibLead Cybersecurity Operations: /b Lead the adoption, configuration, and daily administration of our security suite (Endpoint Security/EDR). You will define policies, monitor threats, and ensure compliance across all workstations. /lilibSecure Remote Access: /b Manage the corporate VPN infrastructure to ensure secure, encrypted remote access for our engineering teams and manage user identity/access rights efficiently. /lilibEnforce Security Posture: /b Implement and maintain best practices such as Disk Encryption, Patch Management, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to ensure our development environment is secure. /lilibManage Physical Network: /b Administer the HQ network infrastructure (Firewalls, Switches, Wi-Fi APs) to monitor for bottlenecks and prevent unauthorized access. /lilibManage Office Racks /b: Deploy and maintain servers room, choosing the right equipment depending on needs from other teams. /lilibOversee IT Assets: /b Manage the lifecycle of all IT hardware (Laptops, Desktops), handling procurement, provisioning (Windows/Linux), and maintenance. /lilibProvide Tier 1-3 Support: /b Serve as the primary contact for internal IT issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems to minimize downtime for the team. /lilibSupport Mission Critical Testing: /b Prepare and deploy the specific computing infrastructure (\"Test Rigs\") required for satellite testing campaigns, ensuring data integrity and reliable recording. /lilibGuarantee Field Connectivity: /b Ensure that when our team travels to external labs, they have a secure tunnel (VPN) back to HQ and reliable internet access. /li /ulpbr/ppbWho you are: /b /ppbr/ppYou are a SysAdmin with a SecOps mindset. You are capable of making high-level decisions about security tools while remaining practical enough to handle daily operations. You understand how to balance strict security policies with developer velocity, and you are just as willing to crawl under a desk to fix a cable as you are to configure a firewall rule. /ppbr/ppbMust: /b /ppbr/pulli3+ years of experience in System Administration with a strong focus on bSecurity Operations /b. /lilibSecurity Stack Experience: /b Proven experience administering Enterprise Antivirus/EDR solutions (e.g., SentinelOne, Bitdefender, CrowdStrike) and VPNs (OpenVPN, WireGuard, Fortinet, Tailscale). /lilibOS Mastery: /b Strong proficiency in Windows Administration and Linux (Ubuntu/Debian) environments. /lilibNetworking Expertise: /b Deep understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, Firewalls, and DNS. /lilibLocal Datacenter Expertise /b: Experience designing and deploying racks, servers, storage and switches for the servers room. /lilibAutonomy: /b Ability to take a high-level goal (e.g., \"Secure our laptops\") and execute the implementation from vendor selection to deployment without hand-holding. /lilibHands-on Hardware Skills: /b Comfort with assembling and troubleshooting computer hardware and managing physical connections. /liliFluent in English. /li /ulpbr/ppbNice to have: /b /ppbr/pulliCertifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or similar. /liliExperience in an ISO 27001 certified environment or with general information security standards. /liliScripting skills (Bash, Python, or PowerShell) for automation. /liliExperience in the Aerospace, Industrial, or Engineering sectors. /li /ulpbr/ppWhat you’ll gain by joining us /p
