Service Context:
The IT Project Management Service shall be accountable for overseeing and coordinating the effective delivery of IT projects within the Client, an insurance company.The service requires project management, technical expertise, and the expertise in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Service Description:
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Identify and mitigate risks, and implement appropriate risk management strategies.Service with business and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.Delivery of IT projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.Identification and resolution of project-related issues and risks.Continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.
Qualifications
Expertise:
Expertise in managing IT projects, preferably in the insurance industry.Project management expertise, including planification, organization, and executing projects.Project management methodologies and tools.IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
Service Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.Minimum 5 years of expertise in IT project management.English & Spanish environment are mandatory
