In this role, you will deliver reliable, user-focused IT services across the EMEA region from Madrid, acting as a frontline support contact for local employees and collaborating with global teams. You’ll help maintain a secure, efficient end-user environment while contributing to IT improvements and regional initiatives. The position blends on-site and remote support, with exposure to a broad set of technologies in a high-performance, collaborative culture.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Provide on-site IT support for the Madrid office and act as primary contact for technical requests• Deliver remote support to other EMEA locations as needed• Support onboarding, role changes, and offboarding processes• Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile)• Manage devices using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network (wired/wireless), and collaboration tools• Collaborate with Service Desk, infrastructure, and specialist teams to resolve incidents• Support office moves and provide on-site infrastructure-related assistance• Maintain accurate documentation in knowledge bases and asset management systems• Follow ITIL-based service management practices to ensure consistent service xcskxlj deliveryResponsabilidades• Experience in IT support within a professional or international environment• Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across hardware, software, and networks• Clear communication skills in Spanish and English (written and spoken)• Ability to organize tasks and manage multiple priorities effectivelyRequisitos principales•
