Reporting to the IT Director, this role is key to maintain systems, network, devices and all what required for the smooth work of all EU members. Main responsibilities Network administration in our Barcelona campuses Helpdesk to staff, professors and students. Administration of Office 365 and other platforms managed in the department. ABOUT YOU : CFGS Administration of IT systems or similar Good command of English to provide support to our international base of users 2 Years + of experience in similar positions Good communication skills Customer service abilities Good at multitasking and establishing priorities WHAT WE OFFER : Immediate start. Full-time, Monday to Friday (afternoon shift: 12 noon to 9.00 pm) Permanent contract. On-site job in our Barcelona Campus. International environment.
